The Municipality of North Perth has a current opening for a Supply Caretaker for North Perth Facilities. The Caretaker is responsible, on a part-time basis, for the cleanliness of the facilities for which they are assigned as per the Building Maintenance Schedule. This position would be responsible for providing coverage for vacation and absences, as scheduled. The successful applicant(s) would need to have a flexible schedule. Facilities are located throughout North Perth.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to follow safety procedures set by the Municipality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well organized
- First Aid/CPR, WHMIS (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge of roles and responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Police Check as a condition of employment. The rate of pay is $17.76 - $20.71 per hour.
